Neuro Brews serves Smithfield, Rhode Island, and its surrounding towns. We act as a symbol of acceptance, offering a space where individuals from diverse backgrounds can come together over a great cup of coffee, breaking down barriers and building bridges between communities. We are dedicated to promoting inclusion not just as a concept, but as a way of life, ensuring that every person feels valued and respected. By prioritizing quality, creativity, and accessibility, we aim to make a positive impact and encourage others to see the world through a more inclusive lens, one cup at a time.
Our Story
Neuro Brews was born from a deeply personal journey in the world of Autism. After several life-changing events, our eyes opened to the distinct challenges and remarkable strengths associated with neurodiversity. As a family, we became passionate advocates for raising awareness and promoting diversity and acceptance for individuals with Autism. This passion fueled our desire to create a space where everyone, irrespective of their neurological differences, could feel welcomed and valued.
As we navigate the world of Autism, we realized there was a significant gap in the market for inclusive spaces that genuinely embraced neurodiversity. Our objective was to create a business that not only offers great coffee but also fosters a sense of community and understanding.
Our Services
At Neuro Brews we offer coffee from Block Island Coffee, including decaf espresso, as well as a variety of teas and lemonade. Our customizable drink menu caters to various preferences, creating a unique environment for everyone. Additionally, 100% of all Neuro Brews tips are donated to 'The Ability Bridge Foundation'.
We are committed to making a positive impact by actively recruiting individuals with diverse neurological profiles. Our training programs are designed to accommodate various learning styles, ensuring that all team members can thrive and contribute their unique talents.
